2015 Mahindra XUV500 7 Seater Diesel 116000km

Mahindra XUV500 7 Seater 2.2 Diesel Manual 4x2. Reposting due to timewaster. Engine in good condition with only 116 000 km. VERY light on diesel. Clutch has just been done. Towbar. New windscreen and new battery. Paperwork in order and registered on my name. The AA estimates the retail value at R145 800. Why am I selling the car for almost R70 000 below book value? I need money for unforseen medical expenses, and the car has the following issues: 1. Radio and aircon don't come on after installing new battery, but display screen works. 2. The tailgate opening latch sometimes needs to be pressed a few times to open.. 3. Four weeks ago the "Due for service" message came up on the screen and the check engine light came on.
